How to Make Delicious Coffee:

To make a cup of delicious coffee, first, fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" preset, and wait a few minutes. Next, grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder. Then, pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour-Over Coffee Maker. Slowly pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a gentle turning motion. As the coffee drips slowly into the pot, your delicious coffee will be ready.

Tips for Descaling/Cleaning the Kettle:

To descale/clean the kettle, start by filling it with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water. Boil the liquid and let it sit for 2 hours, then clean and wipe the kettle with a cloth. Rinse the kettle with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth. Repeat this process as needed.

Additional Notes:

• Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle, making sure not to exceed the 'MAX' line. Wipe away any excess water from the outside of the kettle and the base.
• If you notice spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use, it's normal if the water quality in your area is hard.
